The terms and conditions apply to the use of thefeatherballoon.company website. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions as stated on the website are subject to change at any point without prior notice to you. Please read them carefully before using the website and/or placing an order. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions as stated, you should not use or access the website. 1. Our balloons, personalised wording and refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we advise that you contact us immediately.  Orders are made based on the order placed and email exchange, and delivered to your venue/delivery address.

When selecting bespoke personalised wording on your balloon order, please ensure the message is correct, as they are made to order and mistakes can not be refunded although we are happy to make changes if you inform us before the printing process has occurred.  

If a string is selected that is out of stock, or a 2m too heavy for a particular balloon then an alternative will be used that will compliment the balloon.

Sometimes, during the delivery process our balloons get a little cold, and can lose their height after a few days and sometimes we have to send your order early to ensure it arrives on time - this will effect the 10-day guarantee life of the balloon.

We do not offer refunds for mistakes in ordering, but will always try and alter an order if time allows. 

All of our balloons are sent using track and trace, however if a balloon is lost during transit - we will replace it after raising the issue with Royal Mail. 

If for any reason there has been a balloon malfunction during delivery, we will replace the balloon. Photographic evidence is required, please email or call to report any problems on 07759605620

We know our balloons are pretty stunning and people like to play with them - but it's advised that hot little hands are not allowed near our balloons - they are for decoration only and not to be played with! (or they will lose their height).

2. Delivery and events

Balloon in a box - delivery is included within the price excluding The Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight - please contact us before placing your order so we can agree a delivery price.

Delivery to Scotland tends to take an extra day, please be aware of this before placing an order - even for guaranteed delivery. We are sorry but we can not send our balloons to Northern Ireland as they do not survive the journey :( 

Our balloon prices include delivery by Royal Mail first class post and we post the balloon-in-a-box two days before the arrival date, just in case of delays! However, Royal Mail charge extra to guarantee deliveries, so please see below for our special delivery options - 

If you wish the balloon to arrive on a specific date (NOT SATURDAY), then it will cost an extra £3.95 to guarantee.

Guaranteed next-day delivery (NOT SATURDAY) costs an extra £3.95, please order before 11am.

Guaranteed next-day delivery on a Saturday costs an extra £10.00,  please order before 11am.

If the balloon fails to arrive, please contact us as soon as possible and we will contact Royal Mail on your behalf.


Events - we work closely with you, your party planner or wedding planner when you place an order for your event. An order is placed when a deposit has been taken, with all details of the order confirmed via email.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order with us then please inform us as soon as possible by email, with CANCEL in the subject line. Please include your order number and use the same email address as stated on the order for identification. For cancelled orders refunds will be processed within 7 working days and will be credited to your original method of payment.

4. Changes

If you have any changes or amendments to your order please let us know immediately by calling us on 07759605620. We will endeavour to fulfil any changes requested.  Please include your order number and use the same email address as stated on the order for identification.

5. Product Information

The feather balloon company is committed to providing wonderful balloon displays that are to the very highest standard.  Balloon displays can be effected by environmental changes, but our helium BUBBLE balloons should stay afloat for at least 10 days from the date they were inflated.  

Wording on a balloon, and tassels will effect the height of a balloon and how long it stays afloat and 10 days can not be guaranteed due to the weight of these extra's.  

6. Payment Options

We accept Paypal payments, but don't worry if you don't use paypal - just follow the instructions, and input your debit/credit card when prompted.  The total cost of the order is the price of the items ordered and the delivery.

7. Discount codes

We offer discounts for local orders and multiple orders - use the codes below when ordering -

ORBZ - £10 discount when ordering more than 1 silver and/or gold ORB

5% - get 5% off when ordering 3-5 balloons 

10% - get 10% off when ordering 6-10 balloons 

LOCAL - 10% off for local orders, in Winchester, Hampshire and Leicester City, East Midlands - we can not offer discounts for local orders when delivering on a Sunday or Bank Holiday. 

Please note - only one discount code can be used per transaction.

8. Privacy Policy

At The Feather Balloon Company we are committed to maintaining your privacy.

When you purchase a product from our website we will take your name, telephone number, email address, billing details and delivery details as well as your chosen method of payment. This information will allow us to complete your order as well as enable us to contact you with any changes or amendments to the order once placed.

The Feather Balloon Company will not, at any point, ask you to provide personal information regarding your payment method via email.

We will not pass your personal information, credit or debit card details on to any third party organisations.

We will always take photographs of balloons that have been ordered and dispatched, this is to ensure condition at time of posting but also for marketing reasons - images will be used on our website and on social media. If you do not want images of your order on social media, then please instruct us of this at the time of ordering.
