Frequently Asked Questions

  • How big are your balloons-in-a-box?
    • Our bubble balloons measure 20" – which is about the size of a large beachball. They are sent out in boxes which measure 43cm x 43cm x 43cm.
  • When will my order arrive?
    • If you've ordered before 12noon and requested First Class post delivery, your order will be posted the same day, and you will receive within 48 hours at the latest and almost always within 24 hours. If you request next-day guaranteed delivery your order will arrive next-day.
    • If you've ordered after 12noon, the order will be made up the next day and posted. Or if you've requested a certain date, we will dispatch your order two days before unless you pay extra for guaranteed next-day delivery.
  • Do I have to be home to receive my order or will it be left?
    • Our orders are sent out using Royal Mail post so if you have requested a safe place or to leave with a neighbour, the postie can leave it there for you.
  • Can I order more than one balloon?
    • Yes, we send consignments of multiple balloons with Parcel Force for arrival before 1pm. Use the code 10% when ordering for 10 per cent off orders going to more than one address.
  • I've ordered a balloon-in-a-box, how long will it stay afloat?
    • Our bubble balloons are made from plastic, which means we're able to send them through the post, and they tend to last for 5-10 days from the date of posting. They are filled with helium, and as they start to slowly deflate any wording on the balloons will start to pucker after a few days.
  • Do you print on the balloons?
    • No, we cut out coloured vinyl and stick that on to the balloons, which is why we're able to offer bespoke wording for small numbers of balloons.
  • Where should I store my bubble balloon until I need it?
    • Please take the balloon out of the delivery box as soon as it arrives as the bubble balloons don't like the cold and may start to go down if stored in a car or garage, especially during the winter months. The bubble balloons prefer a bit of heat and will fill out again if taken from the cold into a warm room.
